From Jedaiah Ramnarine's upcoming book "The Universal ALL-MIND"
New Age horoscopes, philosophies, and ideologies often speak of the fabled ‘law of attraction.’ Countless books, seminars, and entire industries have been dedicated to the topic. Some of these studies are helpful, while others are designed as hope dealers to rack up profit and indoctrinate the minds of their followers. There are also creeds and methods that are downright absurd, requiring the adherents to commit outrageous rituals or dedicate their lives to the teacher’s rigid and foolish procedures to reap the desired result. The reality regarding manifestation, law of attraction, or whatever replacement buzzwords are to be used is this: what one sets the MIND to is what one accomplishes, for better or worse.
It may seem awfully simplistic, yet it is precisely this plain truth that brings the most vivid and colorful intricacies, along with the miracles of life. One may assume such statements exclusively point to ambitious goals or dreams, yet before we can focus on those elements, which the topic is ultimately about—it is imperative to understand that the MIND is what one fills it with. It’s an impartial fact. If one’s mind is filled with delusion, then one will seek and perceive everything in their experiences around such delusions and do everything necessary to confirm these delusions as their perceived truth. This also applies inverse. If one fills their MIND with the pursuit of objective truth, love, and goodness, and strives to live honestly, in an uplifting, peace-bringing, and as a poetic gesture—heavenly way—then this is what one brings into REALITY. Nothing into something—vision into reality—idea into being.
And it ALL starts from MIND.

Understanding this simple fact alone will already prepare one for tackling the challenge of manifesting, which in truth, is really a ‘conscious’ manifestation because in reality, everyone, and everything is from a technical standpoint—already manifesting. To ‘manifest’ is to bring something into be. That’s it. Nothing more, nothing less. Picture an idea in the head that is acted upon like the thought of picking up a loaf of bread, then to quite literally perform this action in the physical realm. This is the reality of what one would call manifestation. The word itself is probably tainted with euphoria, and unfortunately, another buzzword like the rest, yet the truth itself is simple. ALL is MIND. Despite the relative complexities and demands of a specific challenge, the core concept remains the same. As Buddha put it:
“The mind is everything. What you think, you become.”
Manifestation is happening all the time, even between the tiniest of spaces, where quarks and atoms exist. By carrying out their functions, they create a response, which creates an action. From there, the larger realms like the chemical and classical realities are built. The same applies to the MIND. When the MIND focuses on whatever it is fed with, then a result is produced. While the Universal ALL-MIND will refrain from toxic positivity by blaming the reader for everything that went wrong in their life, the truth is, despite the circumstances you had no control over—like the actions and consequences of your parents when you were a child—your response toward situations is ultimately your responsibility.
Your responses increasingly determine what you continue to attract or repel. Once upon a time, we were children who were determined by our parents and gatekeepers. As an adult, we grow to realize cause and effect by the consequences of our thinking and actions. Your reaction to what comes your way is truly what decides where you shall be. If you believe you are nothing and incapable; simply a victim of circumstance, then you’ll continue to be weak and unable to change. Should you allow yourself to fall into victimhood, more situations will undoubtedly arise to reinforce such faulty thinking. If you believe you wield the power of a god with unwavering conviction and no doubt, then you will move mountains and accomplish feats others can only dream of. There is no need for any sort of mysticality, spirituality, religion, creed or politics to grasp these facts.
Even the harshest skeptic can see for themselves with the simple example that if one was aiming for a job promotion, then it’s probably best that one does so without sullying their attitudes to the point that the employer wants nothing to do with them. Changing one’s mindset over the potential outcome of a situation has very real psychological, biochemical, and physical consequences. If one is so sour in the attitude and their thoughts remain fixed in that direction, then the MIND increasingly focuses on what the person continues to feed it. From there, the MIND spirals, for better or worse. The individual encounters more and more situations, and they interpret them within the confines of their pre-set mental environment. If one perceives what comes their way is only a glass half-empty, then they will continue to reap such results. If one believes that the glass is half-full, then, through the natural course of life, more circumstances will arise to support that assertion.
The unconscious responses that one naturally doesn’t even stop to think of, especially the blissfully unaware types, are determined by what was previously stored in the subconscious. If one continues to be soured and sullied by life without identifying and courageously confronting oneself to change their thinking and being, then their response to practically anything is already polluted by the predetermined previous thinking and affirmations. This is no mysticism, nor is it spirituality of any kind, nor philosophy or any New Age nonsense. This is reality—how it works in the real world. Whether you choose to apply that to your religious convictions or beliefs of enlightenment is entirely up to your discretion. The FOCUS of the MIND is ultimately what determines what happens.
Naturally, the visions in our heads don’t exactly amount to what happens in the physical world, even if the ideas in the mind are quite accurate; not to mention, is your imagination of the past as good as it can be now, and tomorrow? In other words, the imagination is limited to a time and place. We continue to grow, and our imaginations expand. Ideas can become clearer. What previously didn’t work can be improved upon. Methods can change. What we store in our mindscape for our imaginations to play with are pieces to the very real physical manifestation, which will inevitably become a real, tangible, physical truth and reality once one never gives up.
It should also be mentioned that once the idea in our heads is manifested in reality after some time, it’s much, much better. Often what’s in our heads has its limit based on the emotions and feelings associated with the memory, along with the limitations of our knowledge and wisdom of that time. When we discover that we do not need to be subordinate to our memories, nor imprisoned by once helpful knowledge, culture, heritage, or bound by the limits of ethnicity, gender, religion, politics, or really—anything that shaped our upbringing and previous or current thinking—then we are free to unleash the full potential of the MIND.
One can envision an ideal partner, a dream job or career, good family life, travel, or new and innovative ideas that have never been thought of—or perhaps, journeying to the ends of the earth and even traveling to outer space and beyond. Truly, there is no limit to what one can conjure in the MIND and what can come, so long as the willpower remains fixed and unbreakable. This is amplified by groups of humans with similar willpower and thinking. What we one day deem to be impossible, one day becomes a reality simply by never losing focus on what our hearts call for and never giving up. This is inherently a neutral fact, though it requires no ‘neutral thinking’ other than understanding that this applies to anything: be it positive or negative, or perhaps, a bit of column A and part of column B. The bottom line is what one FOCUSES on is what their lives BECOME sooner or later for better or worse.
So, if the dream really is worth it, and if you really want it, then no matter what, you cannot give up. That is the key to manifestation, or whatever buzzword one fancies. It matters not what phrase of the zeitgeist you use, so long as you understand the principle. However, not giving up isn’t always an outward thing to do, nor strictly a physical action to take. Occasionally, it's necessary to keep quiet about one's plans and goals, lest the doubt of others can cloud your thoughts and lead you to give up. It may be the case that one may need to even pretend on the outside they’re not interested, yet in the depths of their heart dwells the relentless yearning and the unquenchable fire for their dreams. This can confuse people prone to literalism; who only listen to words and elements on the surface, hearing what you say with your mouth when you think differently within. Surely, words can be affirmations, but only because they unconsciously slip into the subconscious and take an increasingly dominant grip on the follow-up ideas that later flow to your conscious state.
Yes, continuing to whisper or affirm positive words, ideas, thoughts, feelings, dreams, and imaginations will help one to continue on the path to achieving their dreams. Filling one’s head with the necessary inspiration, hope, wonder, and motivation to continue focusing on what they wish for leads to an inevitable outcome in due time. On the flip side, negativity also does the same, simply in a darker manner. Instead of promoting life and health through simple measures such as maintaining a sound mind, which prevents excessive stress eating and drug abuse, thereby safeguarding one's physical well-being—the negative-minded individual has reached a point where they would indulge in dangerous behaviors and justify their need to do so without realizing it.
Such behavior ultimately confirms that negative is objectively damaging, and there’s no gray area there. Individuals who consistently reside in darkness and persistently encounter novel experiences within that mental landscape generate self-fulfilling prophecies that further bolster pessimistic, cognitive dissonance, and negative preconceived notions that substantiate the detrimental nature of negative conditioning. This bleeds into neutral ethical and moral facts such as wishing to protect others or be realistic and grounded, which unfortunately turns into a negativity bias. A person whose lost in negativity using these words can potentially delude themselves that they are being practical and helpful to others, when in truth, they’re actually pessimistic—masquerading with idealistic virtues and values to fool themselves and others into believing they are a force of good. By that point, anything and everything can be used to confirm the subconscious negative bias.
So, it spirals without end—using the most complex moral justifications, paradoxes, and rationalizations to enable an all-consuming negative outlook that runs so naturally that the person themselves are blissfully unaware and would even defend these toxic behaviors as something good and useful. The only way out is if the person is strong enough to confront themselves, be shamelessly honest, and from there—move to create change. What is deep within will inevitably come to the surface, no matter how much you try to cover it up. What’s in the dark, surfaces to light. This is the true intention that is being manifested. Whether that is building hatred, or subscribing to an ideology, belief or conviction, or perhaps—rising to higher feats of consciousness and inspiring others or finding the love of your life—it’s completely up to the imagination of the person, their experiences, and their willpower.
There’s no limit to what one’s MIND may conjure and where the focus leads the person. The outcome is inevitable, so it is best that one confronts themselves and knows what is truly stirring inside. What is deep within is the driving core is what has manifested, manifesting or going to manifest. Being completely honest and real with oneself is the only way to know what you are already going toward and if you wish to change course, improve, or buckle-down and focus, double-time. As a general rule of thumb, the stronger the willpower, the more the likelihood of manifestation. The more one can take failure and defiantly raise their fist to the sky, only taking the losses as steppingstones for greater success, then truly, what can stop such power?
No matter what happens in life, if the person’s willpower is so strong to realize their dream or goal that they perceive every setback as a building block toward that dream becoming reality—then truly, one bears the power of a god. One becomes absolutely unstoppable, regardless of whatever circumstance came their way or what situation would come in the future. Such a willpower must be constantly fed to be maintained, which is why a certain degree of discipline to consciously manifest is necessary. Patience, consistency, endurance, courage, vigor, and strength are the essential values necessary for any conscious manifestation. Effort is required, with most of it being in the mental headspace before what physical actions should be taken.
Call it hard, smart work, or whatever you wish—conscious manifestation, which is different from unconscious manifestation that usually entails the typical “I didn't really think about it,” requires dedication and discipline. One must consciously and deliberately nurture their idea to bring it into being. You must toil away at your dreams, relentlessly, regardless of whoever doubts you. This is the only way to truly manifest your heart’s deepest desires consciously. It will not happen immediately and since time; at least time in the clockwork sense, is made-up by humans, then time frames cannot be a decisive factor for the willpower.
The willpower must be stronger than time itself. It must be more fearsome than mountains, more durable than titans, and greater than whatever comes its way. Truly, the willpower must be that of a god’s or as close to godlike as possible if one wishes to accomplish the once-deemed ‘impossible.’ The potency of the willpower is not only responsible for manifesting, but also, the richness and quality of the manifestation itself. This, too, is a neutral truth, which means that even a negative and hateful willpower can be used to bring about catastrophic results. The balance to this, however, is that the universe always autocorrects itself. In a manner of speaking, the dark side may grant one quick powers, but it is fleeting and unsustainable long-term, even if it worked before. Evil inevitably destroys itself by falling on its own sword.
